CURRENT & UPCOMING LIBRARY EVENTS

May Special Events *  All the roses are gone!  THANKS to everyone who supported the library! *  THANKS to everyone who helped us turn the museum area of the library into a 1960s room for wildflower trails!  It was a great success and we received lots of compliments! We have a new book discussion group meeting at the library.  We will be discussing the book "The Glass Castle" by Jeannette Walls at our May 29th meeting at 6:30 pm, it is available in print at the library.  This group is free and open to anyone who is interested in attending.  We hope to see you there!!!

We serve a "Brown Bag" Lunch on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month!  The cost if $5.00 and we will deliver to local businesses or you can pick up your order at the First Baptist Church FLC. LIBRARY HOURS  10:00 am until 8:00 pm on Tues  10:00 am until 5:00 pm on Wed   10:00 am until 6:00 pm on Thurs

The Hughes Springs Area Public Library is still taking donations of books, audio books, videos and DVDs.  If you have anything you would like to donate, please bring it by the library or call 903-639-1332.
